Works very well by using a mastrota paddle on the back and a cotton tip applicator on the front, creates a nice gentle pressure that expresses most mild to moderate MGD and even some of the more stubborn toothpaste/fully blocked glands. Patients seem to tolerate it better than the opposing clamps of other types of expressors. Appears of good quality and will likely last a long time, I have one for every room now.
